Cathy Linck, manager of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS® Media Home Marketing Center, welcomes Saundra Shepard as a Sales Associate. Licensed since 1988, Shepard was previously with Coldwell Banker Preferred. “I joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach because I am impressed with the character and competence of the organization,” she adds. “Being with the company will help me to provide better support for my clients.” A top-producing agent and member of the Suburban West REALTORS® Association, Shepard was selected to write a chapter on Delaware County for a book being published in 2014 entitled, “What to Know Before Buying or Selling a Home in Philadelphia.” She is a member of the Advisory Board of the Wallingford Swarthmore Community Arts Center and a trustee of the Foundation Board for the Crozer Keystone Health System, as well as a volunteer with the Swarthmore Presbyterian Church. Shepard is a 35+-year resident of Delaware County and now resides in Rose Valley with her husband, Geoffrey. She serves five communities in the heart of Delaware County including, Swarthmore, Wallingford, Rose Valley, Media and Upper Providence.
