Husband and wife musical team Nefesh Mountain will bring their pioneering blend of Jewish Americana to Congregation Beth Israel in Media on Friday, June 17 as part of a Shabbat service with Rabbi Linda Potemken. The public is welcome. The service will be held outdoors, weather permitting, starting at 7:00 p.m.
Nefesh Mountain combines Jewish spirit and soul with Bluegrass and Old-Time musical traditions. Eric Lindberg and Doni Zasloff bring their unique knowledge and passion for both Jewish and Bluegrass traditions to the fore, singing English and Hebrew songs alike.
