Search Thousands of Magazine Articles For Free

The Delaware County Library System has recently subscribed to EBSCO MasterFile Elite. This database contains full-text articles from more than 1,000 periodicals covering general reference, business, health, education, general science, multicultural issues and much more. It also contains full text for more than 50 reference books and an Image Collection of over 510,000 photos, maps and flags.

This resource contains the most recent issues as well as backfiles of many popular publications including; Consumer Reports, Time, People, Sports Illustrated, National Review, and Psychology Today, in addition to children’s magazines like Highlights for Children, Ranger Rick, and Ladybug. So if you need to find the a new refrigerator, car reviews, or research for a school report, EBSCO MasterFile Elite is the source to choose.

To use MasterFile, visit www.delcolibraries.org and click on the POWER Library icon. Scroll down the alphabetical list to EBSCO MasterFile Elite. Click the link.  Use the search box or start in Publications. If you’re accessing the service from home, you’ll need a DCLS library card.
