Calling all Superheroes! One Stride At A Time 5K on October 8th

Join Child Guidance Resource Centers for a 5K Run/Walk at Williamson College of the Trades to prevent drug and alcohol abuse.

Calling all superheroes! Join Child Guidance Resource Centers on October 8th for a family-friendly 5K on a private course that’s normally closed to the public. The fifth annual “One Stride at a Time” Superhero 5K Run/Walk and Kids' Mile will be held at the beautiful campus of Williamson College of the Trades in Media.

To register for the 5K or kids' mile, visit https://www.runtheday.com/register/detail/one-stride-at-a-time. There will be age group awards, raffles, prizes for the kids' mile (13 & under), a superhero costume contest, and kid-friendly goodies and fun at the finish line. Dogs and strollers are welcome!

The race is hosted by Child Guidance Resource Centers, a private, non-profit community behavioral healthcare organization. The purpose of the event is to raise awareness and prevent drug and alcohol abuse and all funds raised on October 8th will directly support families in southeastern PA with addiction, mental health and behavioral health needs.
