Carol Tisserand Earns Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designation
Coldwell Banker Preferred Sales Associate in Media Office Earns SRES

David Krieger, president of Coldwell Banker Preferred, is pleased to announce that Rutledge resident Carol Tisserand, a sales associate affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Preferred office in Media, was awarded the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES) professional designation by the National Association of Realtors (NAR)®.
Coldwell Banker Preferred sales associates who obtain this designation are qualified to guide clients aged 50 and over in making choices that best service their needs as they undertake “major financial and lifestyle transitions in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home,” according to NAR. SRES agents have been educated in a wide range of relevant topics including reverse mortgages, adapting homes for comfort and safety, identifying mortgage finance and loan schemes, and understanding how pensions, investment accounts, social security and medical plans effect real estate decisions. The SRES designation was introduced in 1997 and is nationally recognized.
“In taking this course, Carol is developing the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in the real estate industry, and is demonstrating her dedication and commitment to her clients,” said Tony DeCicci, manager of the Coldwell Banker Preferred Media office.
