CASA Youth Advocates and MOD Pizza join together to Spread MODness in Celebration of MOD’s 8th Birthday

MOD Pizza Fundraiser for CASA Youth Advocates!

MEDIA, PA (November 14, 2016) – MOD Pizza, known for its focus on making a positive impact in its communities, is teaming up with CASA Youth Advocates to launch its annual Spreading MODness campaign. MOD will donate $1 for every MOD-size pizza sold at their location in Glen Mills, PA to CASA Youth Advocates from November 22 through November 27, 2016. MOD Pizza Glen Mills is located at 1751 Wilmington Pike, PA.

CASA Youth Advocates joins over 165 non-profits across the U.S. that will be the beneficiaries of Spreading MODness 2016 – a week at MOD focused on supporting at-risk youth and families across the U.S. and the United Kingdom.

“We couldn’t be happier to have been chosen by MOD Pizza as part of their Spreading MODness campaign this year. As MOD Pizza fans, we are so thankful to partner with CASA Youth Advocates, and to support our mission. With the holidays fast approaching, a usually joyous time can oftentimes be difficult for children in the foster care system,” says CASA Youth Advocates Executive Director Anne Shenberger.

Ally Svenson, co-founder of MOD Pizza adds, “Our birthday is always a special week - it is a time when we spotlight the idea that ‘simply doing the right thing’ - taking care of one another and our communities - can have a lasting impact. Moments of generosity and gratitude happen daily in our stores, and we want to pay that forward to our communities. We are proud to call these inspiring charities our partners and to help draw attention to the important work they do every day.”

This year celebrates the fourth year of Spreading MODness, and through its celebration of “Gratitude with Attitude,” each of MOD’s 180 stores will be supporting a different local charity, with a goal to donate over $250,000 in 19 states and the UK.
