Daily Route 252 Closures Begin In Media For PECO Project
The work is expected to finish up in early June.
MEDIA, PA — A portion of Providence Road in Media will be closed daily for several weeks for PECO utility construction, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT).
The closures, which began Monday, will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays through June 2. During that timeframe, Providence Road (Route 252) will be closed and detoured between Third Street/Meetinghouse Lane and Cherry Street.
Drivers will be directed to use Kirk Lane, Orange Street and Baltimore Pike, PennDOT says. Here's a map of the impacted area.
