Delaware County Symphony Opens Season With Brahms, Bizet, and Rimsky-Korsakov

Show your Delco or Montgomery County Library card at our ticket table the day of the concert and receive two tickets for the price of one!

The Delaware County Symphony (DCS) will present the first full symphonic concert of the 2016-2017 season under the baton of newly appointed Music Director Joseph Caminiti on Sunday October 16, 2016 at 3:00 pm in the Meagher Theatre of the Thomas A. Bruder, Jr. Life Center at Neumann University.

The program includes the Russian Easter Overture by Rimsky-Korsakov and Georges Bizet’s Carmen Suite No. 2. The concert will conclude with Symphony No. 1 in C Minor by Johannes Brahms.

A special ticket price of two tickets for the price of one is offered at our ticket table the day of the concert upon presentation of your Delaware County or Montgomery County Library card. Children under 12 (one child per paying adult) are free. Concert tickets are $18 or $15 for seniors/students. There is ample free parking adjacent to the theatre and the Life Center is handicapped accessible. For information call 610-879-7059 or visit www.dcsmusic.org
