Lee allegedly attacked the women while they were walking or distracted, and forcibly dragged them to secluded locations, where he would sexually assault, rape and/or rob them by gun point, according to officials.
Lee was arrested on additional charges relating to three of his nine victims including attempted homicide charges for the shooting of a County Children and Youth Services (CYS) employee, who survived, on March 3, 2015 at 6th and Sproul Streets in Chester, the Delaware County District Attorney's office said

Local and county authorities believe there could be more victims and are asking the public to call police if they believe they were a victim of Lee or were a witness to a crime committed by Lee.
Anyone with information or believes they may have been victimized by Lee is urged to contact Chester Detective Captain James Chubb at (610) 447-8433, CID Detective Michael Jay at (610)891-4700, or Chester Township Police at (610) 494-0211.
An investigation into the series of rapes and assaults is ongoing by detectives with the Chester Police Department, Criminal Investigation Division, and Chester Township Police, according to the DA's office.
So far, authorities have confirmed a total of nine victims, all who Lee admitted to either raping and/or assaulting, the DA's office said.
Over the course of several months, police have been able to build the cases leading to the charges against Lee through positive DNA, forensic evidence and various witness and victim interviews, the DA's office said.
