Donate Old Towels, Help Pets in Need

Animal shelters across the region are in need of worn linens.

Look in your linen closet and you're likely to find torn towels, blankets, and sheets that may wind up in the trash, or as rags.  Before you toss the old stuff, you may want to consider donating them to your local animal shelter to help thousands of dogs and cats.

Sadly, many pets that go to shelters and rescues are scared in their new surroundings, and they are forced to sleep on cold cement floors since warm bedding isn't usually in the budget. Shelters can actually go through thousands of blankets and towels each month, and depend on donations to help provide the animals with warmth during the colder months.

You can help. There are locations throughout the Delaware Valley that are currently accepting towels, blankets, and sheets. Click on each location for directions and hours.
