Drone Flying Courses Offered At Delco Community College
The college is offering two courses for those looking to become drone pilots. Classes will be held July 21 and July 22 and are open to all.
MEDIA, PA – Delaware County Community College is offering courses to those looking to become pilots. Drone pilots that is.
The College has partnered with DARTdrones, a drone training and development program, provide a course on how to fly a drone effectively and legally.
The course will prepare drone enthusiasts for the Part 107 Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) drone pilot exam.

Two courses will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday, July 21 and Sunday, July 22.
On July 21, attendees will learn how to fly and operate drones' various features.

Then on July 22 attendees will learn all they need to know to pass the drone pilot exam.
The total cost is $1,250.
