DUI Charge Filed Against Delco Borough Council President

Trainer Borough Council President Jennifer Frazier was charged with DUI on her 41st birthday, according to court records.

TRAINER BOROUGH, PA — The president of Trainer Borough's council was hit with a DUI charge on her 41st birthday, according to court records.

Jennifer Frazier, 41, was charged with DUI and two other traffic infractions on Sept. 7.

The Delaware County Daily Times reports Frazier was pulled over in the early hours of Sept. 7 after a borough police officer saw the Kia she was driving crossing various lines on Post Road.

She refused field sobriety testing but eventually consented to take the tests, but didn't complete them satisfactorily.

The outlet reports she was taken to a hospital for her blood alcohol content to be tested.

Court documents show she was charged with a first offense DUI with "high rate of alcohol" between 0.1 percent and 0.16 percent blood alcohol content.

Frazier is still listed Trainer Borough's council president online.
