The Community Arts Center, 414 Plush Mill Road in Wallingford, continues its Free Summer Concert Series sponsored by Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union on July 29th with Sonoma Sound. Will Paynter and this eclectic roots ensemble perform music that blends blues, reggae, folk, and other traditions. Opening the show will be solo artist, Jahiti, presenting original tunes in a unique style that he calls “world country soul.”
Bring a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy music under the stars at this family event. Come early for dinner and purchase burgers, hot dogs and Rosati’s water ice or bring your own picnic and beverage of choice.
