IMPACT Fitness - Group Class

What do you get when you cross Boot Camp with High Intensity Interval Training and Endurance Training?  A serious IMPACT on your health and fitness! 

Join us for this high intensity, high paced workout guaranteed to make you sweat.  Weekday sessions start at 4:15pm (perfect for teachers!) and are an hour in length.  Saturday sessions are outside at Glen Providence Park and are 75 minutes long. 

$10/session or 10 for $75.
