Peace thru Strength is pleased to announce several NEW classes for the Fall 2012 schedule:
- IMPACT: Boot Camp meets High Intensity Interval Training. Added times - 6am Monday and Wednesday and 9am Tuesday (at the Walden School).
- Cardio Kickboxing: 9:30am Tuesdays.
- Butts and Guts: Core and abs! 10:30am Tuesdays and 9:30am Thursday.
- Pilates (Mat): 7pm Monday and Wednesdays.
- Yoga: 8am Fridays.
- Small Group Training: everyday...multiple times!
