New Classes Start October 1st! Try them FREE!

Peace thru Strength is pleased to announce several NEW classes for the Fall 2012 schedule:



  • IMPACT: Boot Camp meets High Intensity Interval Training.  Added times - 6am Monday and Wednesday and 9am Tuesday (at the Walden School).

  • Cardio Kickboxing: 9:30am Tuesdays.

  • Butts and Guts: Core and abs! 10:30am Tuesdays and 9:30am Thursday.

  • Pilates (Mat): 7pm Monday and Wednesdays.

  • Yoga: 8am Fridays.

  • Small Group Training: everyday...multiple times!
