Nutrition Workshop - Basics of a Healthy Life

Join Taylor Luthultz and peace thru strength for the first of a six session nutrition workshop series.  In March, learn the basics of a healthy lifestyle, including good food choices, a healthy mind and regular exercise.  We will discuss setting realistic goals and creating a long term plan to acheive your health and fitness goals.  Light refreshments will be provided.  Cost is $15 per person.
