The play is described as follows:
"Start with a Member of Parliament who's planning an extramarital fling with the Prime Minister's secretary - in the same hotel where he's staying with his wife. Add a bumbling assistant who bungles all the arrangements for his boss. Throw in a haughty hotel manager, a confused waiter, a jealous husband and a conservative female member of the House of Commons who's campaigning on an anti-vice bill. They all add up to a classic British farce as only Ray Cooney, known as the Master of Farce, can write them."
