Shake Your Soul:  A Spirited Workout for Body, Mind and Soul (free demonstration during Sept.)   A little yoga.  A little dance.  A lot of fun!  Come join us for energetic, fun-filled classes with a holistic approach to well-being through yoga, dance, breath and rhythm.  These classes are open to EVERYONE, regardless of dance ability, fitness level, age or sex.  Participants have found that they feel more clear-minded, have more flexibility in body and life, have lost weight and have more energy.   Bring a yoga mat, water, sneakers and a towel.
