Spring into Fitness Boot Camp!

Starting to think about those shorts and bathing suits that have been stored away all winter?  Beach weather is getting closer and now is the time to shed those extra winter pounds!  Join peace thru strength as we challenege our bodies in a fun, high paced, results producing workout every Saturday for 8 weeks, beginning March 31st.  Two sessions each week: 8am for those of you looking for a more intense workout and 10am for those that might need to "ease" into it!  See you there!
