Fitness Tip of the Week: Hydration

  Many people are walking around in a constant state of de-hydration which has obviously implications for your body's functions. Try to drink 50% of your bodyweight in water daily. So if you weigh 150 lbs. that would be 75 ounces of water. Give it a go and see if you don't feel better, perform better and maybe even eat less junk!
