Fitness Tip of the Week: Is Sitting the New Smoking?

   Sitting may have replaced smoking as the new scourge of our national health. And, in fact, some have called sitting the new smoking. 
   And with much of our society moving towards occupations that are more sitting oriented it is imperative to be aware of this situation. One way to alleviate this situation is to take breaks from your sitting every 20-30 minutes and just move around. It will do wonders for your mood and your body!
