Fitness Tip of Week: More on Recovery

  The cornerstones of recovery are sleep, good nutrition and hydration. Which is more important is really moot as if they're all not optimized then your recovery efforts will not be realized.
  Even for adults 7-8 hours of good, quality sleep, sound nutrition and staying well hydrated with mostly water and unsweetened beverages is a starting point and the foundation of recovery and good health.
