ARBOR DAY PLANT SALE

Why Go: Jumpstart the gardening season at Tyler's annual plant sale. Discover a myriad of options with their large selection of hard-to-find trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals and herbs. This year's sale also features edible plants for tasty additions to the table and deer-resistant plants that deter deer from munching. Take advantage of a free container planting clinic during sale hours, as well as ongoing free activities for the kids while you shop.
Pricing: Free admission to everyone for this event
Where/When: /Rotary Field from 1 to 3 p.m. on Sunday.
Why Go: Enjoy a wonderful family afternoon at the park. Children ages 3 through 10 are invited to participate in a 50-yard dash, broad jump, ball throw and other track and field activities. There will be awards for the children and complimentary refreshments. Sign up begins at 12:30 p.m.

Where/When: at 7 p.m. on Saturday.
Why Go: Come out for a fun evening of great music and delicious food, and help support the students from the Marple Newtown High School choir. The event will feature more than 20 musicians singing show tunes, jazz and more. Fine Italian food will be locally sponsored by Giampino's Cucina Italiana, Charlotte's Restaurant and Soprano's. Tickets are available online or at the door.
Pricing: $15 for adults, $12 for students/seniors
KATIE SAMSOM LACROSSE FESTIVAL
Where/When: from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday.
Why Go: Attend the largest single-day high school lacrosse festival in the country with 54 varsity teams, youth teams, more than 20 vendors and 10,000 fans. The festival is inspired by Samson, a local NCAA Division III lacrosse champion, who, in January 2000, was the victim of a devastating spinal cord trauma paralyzing her from the chest down. Games will be held on seven fields, running simultaneously from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Enjoy games, rides, boutiques, face-painters, balloon artists, great raffle prizes, food and lacrosse.
Pricing: A $7 ($5 for students/free for toddlers) recommended admission fee allows unlimited access to all activities and rides within the two Fan Zones
CLOVER MARKET
Where/When: Schauffele Plaza parking lot at 12 E. Lancaster Ave. from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
Why Go: Celebrate everything that's unique, unusual, and handmade for the home by shopping this upscale vintage outdoor market featuring antiques and collectibles, vintage jewelry & clothing, handmade items, original art and artisan crafts. The Market is a wonderful place where collectors, emerging and experienced artists, designers, and craftspeople can have their own shop for the day. This Sunday's event features more than 50 sellers.
