Fire Temporarily Closes Hoagie Shop In Delco
A fire broke out in the kitchen overnight.
ASTON, PA — A PrimoHoagies in Delaware County has temporarily closed after an overnight fire.
The fire alarm went off around 1:30 a.m. Thursday at PrimoHoagies of Aston, while the shop was closed.
Crews discovered an electrical fire in the kitchen area. It was quickly controlled, and the building was ventilated, according to the Aston Township Fire Department.

It's unclear how long the closure will last.
"The restaurant is temporarily closed while the situation is assessed," a PrimoHoagies spokesperson told Patch via email. "Our priority is ensuring a safe environment for our team members and guests, and we look forward to this location reopening as soon as it is safe to do so. We appreciate the community’s patience and support during this time."

PrimoHoagies is part of the Village Green Shopping Center, a strip mall on Concord Road.
