Indian Lane 2nd Graders 'Scarf Up' for the Cold
These Indian Lane Elementary students know how to stay warm during these recent cold temperatures.
Indian Lane Elementary second grade students stayed warm during the recent cold temperatures this week with a good book, hot chocolate and matching scarfs.
Teacher Wendy Barton says she has always loved the book Jeremy's Muffler by Laura Nielsen and knew it would be a perfect read during these extremely low temperatures.
Barton's mother, who loves the fabric store, decided to make the whole class, matching red scarfs.

The class enjoyed some hot chocolate and they "scarfed up" (as one student put it) while Barton read them the story.
Stay warm second grade!
