CONCORD TOWNSHIP, PA — A large brush fire was extinguished Sunday in the woods near the Baltimore Pike in Delaware County, officials said.

The fire emerged around 2:45 p.m. in the woods near Hillside Motel in Concord Township.

Firefighters from several departments collaborated for about three hours to extinguish it.
