Maris Grove Celebrates 15 Years of Excellence in Senior Living

Maris Grove, an Erickson Senior Living community in Brandywine Valley, Pennsylvania, celebrated its 15 years of excellence in senior living with a series of anniversary events throughout October.

"For 15 years, Maris Grove has been a leading senior living community in southeastern Pennsylvania," said Executive Director Maureen Heckler. "As we enter the next 15 and beyond, we are excited to continue to provide residents with an outstanding lifestyle where they can live life to the fullest."

The celebration started on October 4, with residents enjoying a special dinner held at all
three restaurants on campus, featuring live entertainment, a special lava cake dessert, and champagne handed out by Maris Grove's administrative team members. Other highlights included a Pioneer Luncheon for residents and staff who have lived or worked at the community since 2006,an Interfaith Anniversary service held in the campus chapel, Halloween
Party, resident craft fair, and photographic history exhibit. Maris Grove's television station broadcast the weekly "Remember When'sdays" show produced by resident Mary Ann Starkey and the Maris Grove Anniversary video produced by resident Becky Diamond.

Although much has changed over the past 15 years, Maris Grove continues to innovate to
meet today's seniors' evolving needs and tastes and offer its residents the very best facilities and service. This year, Maris Grove opened Evergreen Pointe, the new 76,000-square-foot assisted living addition to its continuing care neighborhood. In addition to its continuing care
