Maris Grove Debuts New Independent Living Building

Aspen Square adds 84 new independent living homes to campus.

The first residents will be moving into Aspen Square, Maris Grove’s new independent living building, in October. On September 17, Aspen Square’s future residents had the opportunity to get a sneak peak of their new homes at a special event held at the Erickson Living community in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania.

More than 125 soon-to-be residents attended the preview event, including Kathryn and Bill Sowden who were excited to take a look at their new home. Kathryn, a self-employed clinical researcher, and Bill, a retired Banker, are moving to Maris Grove in October from a town close by in Delaware County.

“We are thrilled to meet the demand for the active, maintenance-free lifestyle at Maris Grove,” said Sales Director Liz Harrington. “The response to Aspen Square has been fantastic with over 80% of the homes already reserved. Our community stands out to those seeking an ideal senior living community in Delaware County.”

Aspen Square is part of Maris Grove’s 3rd neighborhood, Redwood Commons, which opened last year with two residential buildings, Maple Crossing and Oakleaf Terrace, and the Redwood Commons Clubhouse.

Designed with customer feedback in mind, Aspen Square’s 84-new apartment homes boast modern fixtures, open design, and elegant finishes. A climate-controlled walkway connects Aspen Square to the community’s three clubhouses where multiple dining venues, an all-season pool and fitness center, medical center, art studio, library, theater, and salon are located.
