Media Little League Rallies to Victory in Regional Tournament
The nine and 10-year-old district team came back from a 7-3 fifth inning deficit versus Delaware's squad to win their first game of the Eastern Regional Invitational Tournament in Rhode Island.
The nine and 10-year-old district team followed with an exciting comeback victory in the first game of the Eastern Regional Invitational Tournament in Rhode Island on Saturday afternoon.
The team fought back from being down four runs in the fifth inning to blow out the Middletown/Odessa/Townsend team of Delaware, 15-7.
After jumping out to an early lead, MLL trailed until a strong sixth inning tied up the game heading into the seventh. From there, the bats heated up for the Pennsylvania state champs as they scored seven runs in the last inning and locked up the win.

They'll head back to the diamond Monday to play New Jersey at 11 a.m.
