No One Injured in State Street Car Fire
No one was injured following a car fire on State Street Friday evening.
A car fire on State Street Friday evening left no one injured but the car was towed from the scene.
Justin Miller, of Brookhaven, said he was attempting to park his 2006 Chevy Trailblazer on State Street in front of around 7:40 p.m. Friday when smoke began to pour from the hood.
Miller said a bystander tried to use a fire extinguisher on the hood but was unsuccessful and soon the hood had caught fire.

"I think it was electrical, but I don't know," Miller said.
Miller, along with his passenger, were able to exit the vehicle unharmed and and officials arrived on the scene and extinguished the fire.
