Orange Street Affected By Nightly Work This Week: PennDOT

MEDIA, PA – Orange Street in Media will see lane restrictions nightly this week to accommodate paving operations, according to PennDOT.

The road will see lane restrictions Wednesday, Sept. 6 through Friday, Sept. 8 from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning, PennDOT said.

Restrictions will be in place between Baltimore Avenue and Kirk Lane in Media and Upper Providence, PennDOT said.

Crews will be working on milling and paving in the area as part of a larger project to repave 18 miles of Delaware County highways, according to PennDOT.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because slowdowns will occur during construction.

The contractor's schedule is dependent on the weather.
