Empirical Embrace Counseling offers therapy services for those struggling with issues such as eating disorders, body image dissatisfaction, obsessive-compulsive disorder, grief disorders, anxiety disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder. We offer a variety of evidence-based treatment models such as CBT, CBT-e, ERP, PE, etc. At EEC, the single most important thing is the relationship we share with each individual client - which is why rapport building is always the first goal. If you are going to trust us with these treatments, we want you to trust us as human beings too. We currently have no wait list and are offering in-person sessions in PA and virtual options for PA, DE, and NJ.

I teach electric and acoustic guitar lessons in person close to Springfield and Swarthmore. I have been teaching guitar for over 30 years and have experience teaching all ages of students. I also perform with my classic rock band The Garage Bandits most weekends and can help students get comfortable playing in front of other people. My teaching space is located at 34 Yale Avenue, Morton, PA. Contact me for more information or to set up a free trial lesson! I will be starting a new group guitar class on April 20th! This class will run for 6 sessions over the course of 7 weeks on Mondays from 7:30pm to 8:30pm. The focus of this class will be on teaching song melodies to beginners, such as Ode To Joy by Beethoven and Happy Birthday. Each week I will introduce slightly more complicated melodies that will help develop students' ability to play single note melodies on the guitar.

The Penncrest High School Band Proudly Announces:  Annual Holiday Craft Show at Penncrest High School    134 Barren Road, Media, PA 19063      This event began in 1996 and takes place    November 19, 2016 the Saturday before Thanksgiving. Approximately 100 crafters display their wares and the event runs from 10AM to 4PM.      Enjoy lunch in our Bass Clef Cafe, supervised child care in our Kids Korner and enjoy live music provided by members of the Penncrest Wind Ensemble. All proceeds benefit Penncrest Band Program.
