Penncrest Soccer Player Signs with George Mason
Penncrest senior signs letter of intent with NCAA Division 1 National Champion.

recently announced one of its girl soccer players has signed with George Mason University.
Senior Sydney Mitchell signed her National Letter of Intent to attend and play soccer under scholarship at George Mason University, according to Penncrest Athletic Director Chip Olinger.
George Mason is one of only eight different women's soccer programs to win the NCAA Division 1 National Championship.

Mitchell thanked her high school coaches and all her youth coaches, specifically Jason Luzak, Joe DiZio, Leighton Walters and Peye Garcia. Mitchell plays club soccer for FCDELCO in the Elite Clubs National League, which is currently in first place in the National B flight.
