Providence Animal Center Hosting Bar Crawl Benefit​

Celebrate "St. Pitty's" Day to help out the animal center!

The Providence Animal Center is hosing its 3rd Annual St. Pitty's Day Pub Crawl next weekend and you are invited to the libation-fueled benefit on Saturday, March 11.

Proceeds from the pub crawl will benefit the center's Fix-a-Bull program, the center said.

The event kicks off at noon at Quotations, 7 E. State St., Media.

Crawlers will then follow this schedule:

  • 1:30 p.m. - John’s Grille Tavern, 116 S Monroe St.
  • 2:30 p.m. - Spasso Italian Grill, 1 W State St.
  • 3:30 p.m.- Diego's Cantina & Tequila Bar, 214 W State St.
  • 4:30 p.m. - 320 Market, 211 State St.
  • 5:30 p.m. - Joclyn's Sports Bar, 209 W State St.

Admission for the pub crawl is $25 and gets you a 2017 St. Pitty's Day Pub Crawl t-shirt.

If you didn't pre-order a shirt, you can still purchase shirts at the center during our open hours until Friday March 10 or the day of crawl while supplies last.

Pre-orders will be available for pick up starting this Saturday, March 4, at the Center - 555 Sandy Bank Road, Media. Hours are are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, noon to 5 p.m. Sunday, and noon to 7 p.m. on weekdays.

Crawlers will have multiple chances to win raffles and meet adorable & adoptable dogs along the bar crawl trail.

Crawlers must be 21 to attend the event, so make sure to bring your I.D.
