DELAWARE COUNTY, PA — A handful of Delaware County high school are among the top 50 public high schools in Pennsylvania, according to Niche's just released 2026 Best Public High Schools in America

The evaluation metrics for the Niche list take input from students, alumni and parents, as well as quantitative data from sources such as the U.S. Department of Education to evaluate teachers, resources and facilities.

Below are Delaware County high schools that made the top 50:

3. Radnor Senior High School, Radnor
21. Garnet Valley High School, Glen Mills
23. Strath Haven High School, Wallingford
37. Haverford Senior High School, Haverford
46. Marple Newtown High School, Newtown Square

More traditional rankings like U.S. News, which often don't vary much if at all from year to year, go based strictly off of qualitative measurements like standardized test scores.
