Senior Resource Fair Planned In Media Thursday

MEDIA, PA — A resource fair for local seniors is planned for Thursday at the Penn State Brandywine Athletic Center in Media.

State Rep. Lisa Borowski (D-168) is hosting the fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the center.

Attendees will find information on health care, preventing identity theft, state-related programs and services, and more.

Additionally, there will be free COVID boosters and immunizations for whooping cough, flu, and shingles, provided by Acme.

Dr. Fernandez from Rocky Run YMCA will perform stretching demonstrations and fall and balance risk assessments.

And, the Wayne Senior Center’s technology expert will provide advice on mobile devices and computers, covering topics such as identity protection and more.
