Sex Offender From Philly And Delco Goes Missing: Police

DELAWARE COUNTY, PA — Pennsylvania State Police are asking for the public's help in tracking down a missing sex offender with ties to both Delaware County and Philadelphia.

Tyrone Cook, 45, was sentenced in 2019 to mandatory to lifetime registration with authorities, after being convicted of indecent assault of a person under the age of 13.

Cook failed to appear before police during a recent required verification check, and is no longer at his documented address, authorities said.

He has ties to Chester in Delaware County, Philadelphia, and New Castle County in Delaware.

Cook was also convicted of corruption of minors in relation to sexual offenses.
