State Police Investigate 2 Middletown Burglaries

The are investigating two separate burglaries that occurred in Middletown Township recently.
On May 11, an unknown person entered a residence on E. Knowltown Road between 9:30 a.m. and 11 p.m. and removed several pieces of jewelry from the residence, according to State Police.
In a separate incident, unknown persons used forced to gain access to an office at on W. Knowlton Road between May 13 and 14, according to State Police.

The persons used force to pry an aluminum frame from an office window and the window then broke, which triggered the motion alarm inside the office, according to State Police.
The persons then fled the scene without removing any items from the business. Anyone with information regarding any of these incidents is asked to call police at 484-840-1000.
