State Police to Conduct Sobriety Check Point in Delco

The will conduct a sobriety check point within Delaware County this weekend.

Between Dec. 16 and 18 the check point will occur within Delaware County, State Police announced.

Troopers will be targeting aggressive driving, as well as impaired driving. Drivers are reminded to use seatbelts, slow down and don’t follow another vehicle too closely.

Also during this time, the Pennsylvania State Police will be participating in Operation C.A.R.E. (Combined Accident Reduction Effort), which is an International organization consisting only of state police and highway patrol agencies.
