Work from Home, its Telework Week

Would you and/or your employees benefit from working out of the office? If the answer is “yes,” you can make a pledge to support Telework Week 2013 during the week of March 4 through 8.

The third annual global effort encourages government agencies and private businesses to allow employees who normally commute, to work from home instead.

Last year, more than 71,000 people pledged. That saved more than $5.6 million on commuting costs, gained nearly 252,000 hours back into employees’ days, removed three and a half tons of pollutants from the air, and prevented 6.4 million miles of driving.
