• Coroner called to crash involving 2 tractor trailers in Mercer County (butlereagle.com) — Travelers near Mercer face major delays after a serious crash between two tractor trailers shut down I-80 westbound at the I-79 interchange in Findley Township this morning. One person was reportedly ejected, a coroner was called, and traffic is being detoured via Route 358 west and Route 18 south while crews handle a significant leak and clear the scene.
• YSU senior details atrocities of Islamic Republic at lecture (tribtoday.com) — A Youngstown State University student who recently interned in Mercer, Pa., is sharing harrowing personal stories of repression in Iran to explain why she opposes the Islamic Republic's rule and nuclear ambitions.
