his is further proof that it is time for a change, as incumbent Mark "Yes, I vote to accept the Mid-Night Pay Raise" Mustio has over-stayed his welcome.
In reading the endorsement I see that Mark Scappe favors an extraction tax on Marcellus Shale, which is something that I whole-heartedly agree with.

Mr.Mustio is against taxing the huge corporations and their multi-millionaire executives that are taking our natural resources, despite the fact that every other state imposes such a tax. Mr.Mustio has proven to be the loyal soldier of Governor Tom Corbett in this, as well as every other matter, and he votes accordingly.
It's time that we have a representative who will actually look out for the residents of this area, as Mark Scappe has done for years as a member of the Moon School Board.
