Is there a race going on between these two candidates? I've seen no mailers or door knocking by either campaign. The only thing I see are yard signs and Scappe has Mustio outnumbered about 10 to 1 there. If Mr. Mustio intends to keep his office he better get up off his butt and start running a real campaign!
