Valley Care Association, the Alzheimer's Association, and Baby Boomers & Beyond Realty will host a free workshop to help attendees discover strategies they can use to decrease stress related to caring for an older loved one with Alzheimer's or dementia while also helping to make the holidays more fun for the entire family.
Refreshments will be served. Free on-site respite care for older adults is available with advance reservations.
