Kettlebell Cardio Instructor Certification Workshop

Kettlebell Cardio Workshop

The Kettlebell Cardio Workshop will focus on the utilization and application of kettlebell exercises and technique, as well as how to structure and format a kettlebell group exercise class and kettlebell personal training sessions.  The workshop is 25% lecture and 75% hands on practical application.   We use a hands-on approach to learning that allows the attendee to gain a more thorough understanding of the kettlebell training and the various movement patterns.   There will also be a written examination covering the lecture material given throughout the workshop.  Upon passing the written examination and practical portion a certificate will be mailed to the candidate.
