Yoga Basics, held at Robin Hill Park, is for ages 15 and older. No experience required! If you have ever wanted to try yoga, this is the course for you. Hatha Yoga includes poses, breath work and guided relaxation. With regular practice, it can improve lung capacity, flexibility, cardiovascularendurance, mental calm and much more. Participants should bring a yoga mat or towel and water to class. Call to register.
