Leaking Roof Reported at New Moon Area High School

The has confirmed reports that the roof of its new leaked during

District spokeswoman Megan Gallagher said minor leaking was reported in parts of the high school during the severe rain early last week. She said contractors have worked to repair the problem.

"[The leaks] all were promptly addressed by the contractors," she said. "The building was free of leaks during the rainy weather this past weekend."

The recently completed 186,011-square-foot building opened to students on Feb. 1.
