New Beaver Grade Road Eatery Offers Mediterranean Fare

Moon Township's newest eatery offers a Middle Eastern and Mediterranean-inspired menu. 

Maxime's Mediterranean, which offers take-out and catering, opened its doors in Janaury at 937 Beaver Grade Road. 

Owner Elie Flouty, of Moon Township, said the restaurant features a variety of Middle Eastern and Greek-staples, such as gyros, falafels, kibbeh and humas with pita bread. Specials will be offered daily. The restaurant also offers up pastries and baklava. 

The store is open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
