Be green and save some green with your Halloween Costume this year with our Costume Swap! Bring in a clean, gently used costume (and all accessories) anytime between now and October 7th to Western Allegheny Community Library (WACL).

For each costume, you’ll receive a ticket. Come back October 9 to redeem your ticket for a different costume.
