The wider Lehigh Valley report also notes minor issues like improper thawing, sanitizer levels, pests, and mold-like buildup at other regional establishments, most of which were corrected during inspection.
   

• 21-year-old killed in 3-vehicle Lehigh County crash identified (lehighvalleylive.com) — A Nazareth man was one of three drivers involved in a three-vehicle crash Monday at Airport Road and Race Street in Hanover Township, Lehigh County, that killed a 21-year-old Moore Township woman. Authorities say her Subaru Forester collided with a Freightliner Cascadia and a Ford Explorer, and state police, the coroner, and the district attorney's office are still investigating the cause.
